Dear Brothers and Sisters. I just want to share a few things God has done in my life in the last few months and especially the last few weeks during this revival. I was a drug addict for 16 years and my addictions were increasing so dramatically in the past 5 years I was hurting my loved ones, mainly staying away from them. Even so, my mother never stopped praying. But me, I was comfortable with my life, at least my flesh was. Satan surely was. A few months ago God started speaking to me personally. At first I didn't know what was going on and then He grabbed a hold of my girlfriend and I saw a dramatic change of heart in her. It was unreal I thought. Although we were still getting high that is not what she wanted to do (at least not with drugs.) And then God decided to bring revival to the church my mother is a member at. So my girlfriend goes and gets saved and convinces me into feeding my spirit. So when I go the power of God hit me so strong that I repented and got saved also. Now we're nine weeks into revival. I have been totally delivered from the needle, drugs, alcohol, and any desire to want them. Two weeks ago we were married under the eyes of God and even had an altar call at our wedding for family and friends who were lost, GOD IS GREAT!!! To sum up my testimony I want to say if God is dealing with your heart and convicting you of your sins, repent get saved and if your not lost but praying for a loved one that is, as my mother did for 16 years or more, don't give up. Due to the type of work I do I must lift everyday. Not realizing the damage I was doing to my back and shoulder. On July 8, 2000 the pain became severe in my neck and shoulder. I let it go until July 10 and decided to go see a Dr. After the Dr. x-rayed me he called me into the room to show me that I had 3 discs completely deteriorated in my neck. I had swelling and was in terrible pain. He gave me a treatment every other day and I was put on an inflammatory drug to get rid of the inflammation. The pain stayed with me day after day. I couldn’t sleep or do anything. On Tuesday July 18, 2000 I went to revival at East End Tabernacle and I went back to revival the next night. Brother Ross was asking for people to come down if they needed a healing. I rushed down as quickly as I could. Brother Ross asked me what I wanted to be prayed for and I told him my situation. He began to ask the Lord to take this pain from me and to heal me. I was also begging the Lord to come to me for a healing. Suddenly I felt a strange rolling in the top of my head that proceeded through my body. As it went through my chest it almost took my breath and when it reached my stomach it seemed to explode all through me. I could not feel any pain and haven’t since. Dr. Jesus came to my aid and healed me. What He can do for me He can do for you too. Praise the Lord. I am so thankful. We have a great, powerful Lord. He is there all we have to do is reach out to Him. Thanks to the Lord and Brother Ross’s prayers. Barbara Stone

Praise the Lord on high for the glorious works that He has done in my life. Blessed be you who reads this testimony and blessed be the name of Jesus for the grace to be able to obtain it. I was raised in traditional Catholic faith, an altar boy with all duties and traditional religious ceremonies. My home was always full of good morals and family values, but I had a hard time with my personal faith. Even after my family became involved with a Spirit-filled church I literally ran and hid from God. In my life I have committed probably ever sin this side of murder. I have been in trouble with the law and done and dealt every drug known to man. I have used women in the most deplorable ways, been involved in orgies and had more than one woman at one time. I have lied to my family, stolen, robbed people and set people up to take the fall for the things I had done. Not the kind of guy you wanted to show up asking where your daughter was on Friday night, even though I had the charm and finesse so that you would never know my real intentions. I’m not here to give Lucifer any praise by any means (that’s not my intent). Just a little background into how much my spirit was tainted before Jesus washed it away with His precious blood. I fell into the world’s arms and was content with my job, I fell in love with a wonderful woman, got married and settled for giving up the things I wanted when I wanted. Then came “The Day” May 22, 2000 when during a church service my wife and my mother dragged me to the spark was kindled, the heat became a flame, the flame a fire, and the fire a hunger for the Word of Jesus Christ. The service started the same as all the services I had been to before, the speeches, the singing, the praise and worship. My mind was on the clock and not a bit on what the man behind the pulpit was saying, but this time something deep inside me moved. At first I played it off as a chill, but in fact it was the Lord’s breath beckoning me through the evangelist and He was telling me this was His last attempt to reach my jagged heart. The evangelist was even doing a count down, I don’t know if it was specifically for me, but I know my heart felt the impending danger just the same. I thought immediately of an excuse to use to leave early, but instead of leaning over and telling my wife that lie, I found myself leaning the other way. Standing up out of the seat I moved to the altar not even knowing how close I came to losing any chance to have the love and eternal peace the Savior had to offer. I knelt, I cried, I prayed the sinner’s prayer and for the first time knew in my heart of hearts that I really meant it. I stood up a servant of the Lord, not just to live as the church sees fit, but a radical new being ready to do whatever it takes to ensure the wonders, my faith and the works of God are carried out as He sees fit. I am His foot servant and living testimony of His power, love, and grace. I’d like to conclude with something I saw in a Christian bookstore once while looking for a Father’s day gift. This was long before I was truly saved and it stuck with me ever since and especially of how little we can comprehend what He has in store in our lives. Also, how much He truly loves each and every on of us “Man fixes things with duct tape, God fixed EVERYTHING with a hand full of nails.”

My mom and dad are getting a divorce and my mom has full custody of me! My mom and I are running low on money. A couple weeks ago my mom’s old friend came to town from Rome, Georgia. Two weeks after he left we got some priority mail from him. Mom opened it up and screamed. She showed it to me and it was a check to my mom for $500. I yelled it out loud. I started to sing the song the Windows of Heaven are Open I fainted and asked God what we did to deserve a blessing as excellent as this. God does amazing things and if you decide to love, adore, and praise, and follow in His way, He will give many blessings to you when you least expect it! Marcy Phelps 10 yrs old

In March 1994, I was told I was a diabetic. The doctor started me on an oral medication to control my blood sugar. In 1997 I had to start taking insulin shots in addition to the pills. At that time I was taking medication for thyroid disorder and high blood pressure also. In December 1998, I had to have angioplasty due to a blocked artery in my heart. I was started on several more medications. The insulin shots were discontinued. For the past 1 ½ years I had been taking anywhere from 10-15 pills a day for these diseases. On Tuesday, July 11, my son Tony and Pastor Jack Ross prayed for me to be healed. Since that night I have not taken any medication except for an aspirin every morning. My blood sugars have been completely normal and I have never felt better! I praise God and give Him all the glory for my healing. Steve Skaggs

Thank you Lord for the blood that was shed for me on Calvary. I did not go to church much, except when my grandmother took me. My family life was not very stable growing up; my parents were wrapped in their own problem too much to take notice of me. The only love and attention I received in my young life was when the boys took notice of me. I thought they truly loved me and when they had what they wanted from me they were gone. The void and emptiness was still there that made me bitter so I became like a harlot (little bit slutty) and turned deeper away and started using drugs and alcohol. This turned into a larger thing in my life. I started lying, cheating on the boyfriend I did have, and stealing things from friends and family. The lies and the cover-ups ran thin and so did my parent’s patience, so I started running away. Feeling like no one would or could love me because of things I did made me delve deeper into sine and into the things of the world. The hunger and the pain I had I could not be satisfied no matter how hard I tried. I finally met a man, fell in love, and settled into a marriage. Still the hunger persisted. Thanks to his family I found the Lord. The hunger was for Him and not of the things of this world. I realized this now. I fell in and out of His grace with my backsliding ways. Then came this revival to the church and the Lord healed my mind, body, and spirit. He told me to let go of all the things that were stopping Him from doing His wondrous works first and foremost to love my enemies. Since then He has cleansed my marriage, my house, and is starting His works in my everyday life and I praise Him and thank Him for answering my prayers.

First, I want to give God all the Glory for healing my ear. He is truly an awesome God. I had a really painful earache. I went up front and Bro. Jack prayed for my ear. I was slain in the Spirit, and when I got up I told Pastor it still hurt. Alice came and stood by me (her ear hurt also) and Bro Jack prayed for her ear and mine again also. We were both slain in the Spirit. I got up and pastor asked me if the pain was gone. I said, “no it still hurts.” He prayed the third time and anointed me ear with oil and the pain instantly went away. He truly is a healing Jesus. Sue Wallace July 2000

When we are hurting and bruised and broken inside and out Jesus is the mender of broken hearts and broken bones. Before services that night I asked Bro. Jack would he from for my foot when the anointing came to pray for healing. In about the middle of the service he called me up front. My foot was hurting so bad I could hardly walk. It was discolored, swollen and full of fever. I couldn’t wear my shoe because of the pain. I thought I had an attack of gout. I have had it before so I know God could heal gout, because he had healed mine before. Bro. Jack prayed and I was slain in the Spirit. God is so awesome. My eyes were closed, but when Pastor prayed over my foot it felt like cool, cool water or cool, cool oil being poured over it. My foot began to fell cool where the fever had been. Pastor probably prayed for my foot 10 min. or more, then he went to pray for someone else. After about 10 or 15 min. I got up and the pain was completely gone. He asked me was the pain gone? I said “yes, I have to run.” So I ran around the church twice. The pain was completely gone. I went to the dr. the next Wednesday for my regular church-up while I was there I asked the Dr. to look at my foot. He said, “Your foot is broken.” I said it doesn’t hurt and I can walk fine. As Dr.’s do, he sent me to x-ray. The results came back. “Your foot has had a major trauma, but the fracture is healed.” It shows no fracture. What a mighty God we serve. I asked God, “Why did I think I had gout?” And He answered very clearly. “You could believe Me to heal gout because I have healed gout for you before, but you didn’t have the faith to believe for a broken bone.” Jesus loved me so much He healed me anyway. 1. I had a varicose vein on left foot that was red and swollen. I prayed and it left. 2. At Victory Christian Center my spiritual eyes were opened and I saw Moses, Jesus, and my husband. 3. My blood sugar had been elevated when the two Pastors and some others prayed; the blood sugar went down and has remained in the normal ranges. Brenda Owens
